We are delighted to announce the 2026 10th International Conference on Education and E-Learning (ICEEL 2026), which will take place from November 27 to 29, 2026, in Tokyo, Japan. The theme for this year’s conference is “Future-Ready Learners: Reimagining Education and E-Learning for a Dynamic World”. The conference is supported by Otsuma Women’s University (Japan), and Tokyo Healthcare University (Japan).
